We know that approximately 1% of the general population stutters. What is the estimated percentage of people who clutter? In the couple of years I was affiliated with a college fluency program, (as an adult pws) I met two children who clutter, (and their parents) and one adult who was thought to clutter, but the clinicians were not sure.
