Ari, I agree with Doby, Cluttering is different from stuttering. However, both fluency problems can, and often do, go together in the same individual (a "clutter-stutterer"). There is also anecdotal evidence that both may run in the same families. I myself do not believe people who stutter would use fast speech to avoid or "cover up" stuttering. For most people who stutter to talk fast would be very difficult although I understand there are a few people who stutter who actually are more fluent when trying to talk more rapidly.
