I have seen both. One client I had indicated that as he was working on his cluttering (e.g., slowing his rate), it seemed that stuttering symptoms come out. I believe I have seen the converse, as well as more consistent behaviors over time. This is very perplexing, the relationship between stuttering and cluttering--especially coupled with the possibility that there are subgroups of PWC, PWS, PWCS.
