It seems that self-awareness regarding one's cluttering behaviors would be an important component to cluttering therapy - however, I'm sure it's not always easy to help all clients achieve this. I've known people (without fluency disorders) who speak very rapidly or mumble when they speak, and have no problem understanding themselves when listening to a recording (voicemail message, video recording, etc.) In similar cases with people who clutter, what other strategies are helpful for building self-awareness in these clients?
