I recently found out about cluttering. I am presently in Rwanda so have not had a chance to see a speech therapist. I speak English, Swedish and Mandarin Chinese well. There are several other languages I speak a little of. I have the most problems in English with people understanding me as I speak it well and can speak faster. Recently I have been speaking a lot of Swedish and have noticed that the more comfortable I am speaking it, the more symptoms I have. The more I have to think and the slower I speak the easier it seems for my brain to work.
