Thank you for your good question. Of course it would be best if you would be able to confirm the diagnosis of cluttering with a speech-language pathologist. However, in case you have no access to such a professional, and assuming that you have symptoms of cluttering, speaking in a slower rate would probably result in a reduction of your symptoms. So the situation you are describing when using various languages makes perfect sense. I have seen a few clients who described similar experiences. Isabella Reichel
