Hi Jonathon, If you join STUTT-L and go to the archives, you'll see many, many, many discussions on the ADA and stuttering over the years. David Steiner, an attorney, has written a great deal about it and basically says that it is highly unlikely that a judgment for stuttering will be successful (although a few have been attempted). I don't know all of the nuances of the law, but you might want to join and read through some of that discussion. Ken
