Pam, What a great idea! I wish it were easier to setup interest groups specific to a theme like cluttering in Skype. It is primarily a mechanism for communicating directly to one or maybe two other individuals directly. Two things are important here. The ability to conduct speech therapy through media like Skype or the Messenger (or even he phone) are pretty much made impossible by the code of ethics of ASHA the professional organization for speech language pathologists and audiologists in the USA. I am sure there are other countries with the same type of restrictions, although I believe it is possible in some countries that are sparsely populated and where therapy could not be available in other ways. I believe this is an important topic that should be more actively discussed as I am sure the answers would be different comparing countries and cultures. That is the professional answer. To be able to "help yourself" and communicate with others who are struggling with the same type of experiences would be great if there were an organized system to connect. But as always when you connect with other people through the Internet, that you don't know, be careful! It seems that the discussion groups, like the Yahoo Cluttering group set up by Joseph Dewey is the only working format that works. I wonder if there are similar groups for other languages thatn English.
