Dear Shira, You are absolutely right about the situation in many developing countries where addressing cluttering is not a priority within the educational and health care systems, and where there is a shortage of professionals, technology, and finances. Such limited resources lead to reduced global communication, the overlooking of PWC, and the poor ability of speech therapists to understand, assess,and treat cluttering disorder. Best wishes.
