In your article you specify that "the disfluencies of PWC reflect what is often called "linguistic maze" behaviors such as interjections and revisions." You also wrote that the disfluencies may reflect issues with language planning. I always thought it was more of a cognitive problem with associated pragmatic issues. This really clarifies a lot.
