After your explanation of pragmatics, I think I may have been looking in the wrong direction for my son. Ive been looking for some sort of social group training for my son so he can better hold a conversation and make friends. Now Im thinking I should be looking for a SLP who specializes in Pragmatics - is there such a person? Social skills is a high priority at this point. Maybe I should have his current slp focus more on pragmatics and role play?
