I am not sure what the difference between language disorder and a speech disorder is, but if you read the article you are refeering to she describes "my version" of cluttering very well. "My version" is rather uncomplicated, I speak terrible fast with only half words unless I pay attention, but I have never stuttered, dyslexia or anything like that.
