Sorry for missing your question the first time around. I have worked with many fluency disorders, and when I am wearing my "clinician hat", I really don't care what we call teh disorder; I am way more interested in simply improving communication. Your question asked me if I had ever treated a Person Who Clutters that didn't have the key symptoms....I hope that is what you are asking. The answer is I have treated people with fluency disorders that did not have the abnormal or rapid rate, BUT THEY WERE NOT CLUTTERERS! From a diagnostic standpoint and when I am wearing my "researcher hat", teh differences are crucial. But during treatment, the goal is simply to improve communication......no matter how we label the person we aretreating. I hope that helps......let me know if you need more clarification. By the way, taking a class from Ken, you did learn from the BEST. He has taught me a lot over the years, as well. Take advantage of such a wonderful resource and mentor. Good luck and thanks, John Tetnowski
