As a student pursuing my degree in SPA, reading this article has helped me understand the differences between cluttering and stuttering. Dr. Tetnowski, you did a great job of breaking down the disorder and explaining it through your experiences with it. I have taken a course in stuttering in which cluttering was covered, but I didn’t completely understand the main differences between the two. I found your study quite interesting in which it found “that the pauses and speech rate of cluttering were different from stuttering.”
