I appreciate that you have opened up the discussion about cluttering and the lack of knowledge surrounding this often over-looked or confusing area. I could not imagine how disheartening it was over those 10 long years. Then, you finally find out what exactly your son is going through and insurance companies refuse to pay while appropriate resources are lacking. Unfortunately, insurance companies don’t like to pay for aliments or disorders unless they are physically visible. Therefore, speech therapy is not a main priority which is a terrible way of thinking. This definitely brings attention and awareness to the cluttering issue and I hope that these issues change for the better. Also, I applaud you for saying, “cluttering is not a handicap”. I also believe this statement; is simply a different way of speaking. Thanks again for your insight and I am happy that your son is excelling in school. Wish you both the best.
