My son had maybe 42 or so understandable words at age 3. He was unable to repeat some basic words. Most of his words were unintelligible. Speech sounds were inconsistent. Did not use k,g,s,f,l at beginning of words. Did not express himself well, ie him want, me did, her did this, etc. Seemed confused when listening. His audiological report indicated mild to moderate receptive language deficit (decreased understanding of spatial and quantity concepts), a moderate to severe expressive language deficit (used only a few real words, not imitating when asked). There were more symptoms as he got older. Unfortunately, I still have not yet met a person who has been professionally diagnosed with cluttering. The members in my NorCal Cluttering Group - Meetup.com are self proclaimed PWC. The symptoms that he had at 3, are still present today at 15. Sometimes worse, sometimes better. Hope I answered your questions. Thanks for the postive comments!
