His social life is pretty non existent. He does try his hardest to make friends. He is very outgoing and friendly. Its just that at the end of the day, he is going home alone. He has a hard time maintaining conversation, due to the fact he keeps answers short replies. He does not reciprocate in conversation. I guess you could call one of his underlying issues to cluttering is his pragmatics, or lack of. He usually plays relatives. I was ecstatic when he just recently decided (on his own) to call one of my friends to hang out with him and his son. Yes, therapy has definately helped. He is more self aware and self correcting with his speech. The slp also teaches some pragmatics. Thanks for checking out my paper.
