The notion of "double deficit" was particularly helpful in understanding your insights on cluttering. Question: How did you arrive at using "double deficit" as a description? I recently worked with an adult with "double deficit" auditory and visual tracking learning disabilities. The "double deficit" terminology was very helpful in shaping understanding for the client, his professors, and his family. Thank you, AFP
