Thank you so much for the article and the answers. Your referral to the "times where the patient's speech is at best" is excellent. As the PWC, I would like to ask if you have the data on incidence rate of better unprepared speech vs prepared. With the 30 year teaching and presentation experience, I noted that I experience problems with following up my practiced oral presentations. It seems that the necessity to follow them up almost verbatum seriously ties me up, and as a result, increases mazing, self editing, etc.
