From what I understand a person who clutters needs to focus his/her attention on controlling speech rate and formulating sentences and words- but both can not be achieved at the same time. Would it be a greater benefit for a person who clutters to focus their attention on one over the other? Meaning, is the article stating that attention to speech rate is preferred over sentence formulation?
