Your comments are both very pessimistic (nothing has changed) and optimistic (positive future with muticulturalism). I think we should be more proactive and instead of letting the outside forces shape things we should take matters in our own hands if we feel that practices are shady or problematic. Your newsletter suggests that you actually abide by this active rather than passive approach!
