My native language is Dutch, but I moved to Sweden for 15 years ago. I stutter more in Dutch, maybe because of the major pressure I had on my speech during my youth. I stutter less in English and a lot more in German, maybe because I have no problems speaking English, but my German has always been poor. I can only guess and observe. Maybe the profs have a better explanation for you.
