Hello,

I loved your article and I respect your techniques.

I am very curious about the process. Particularly,do you use guided imagery as a beginning to every therapy session? How do you work this in with very young children(under 10); do you find it is more difficult for them to understand this process because they're not as mentally sophisticated or easier?

Have you ever been criticised for your practices with the allegation that you're using mysticism or, perhaps, a form of hypnosis? What are some of the strongest criticisms you've received for using this approach?

Have you ever had a client who was successful at changing his perceptions yet continued to exhibit the same stuttering behaviors with the same frequency? Or would the unchanged speech behavior indicated that he was not successful at healing his subconscious mind?

I have so many questions left for you. :) Can you direct me to other sites/books that discuss this practice.

I think it is a brilliant concept; is it in any sense revolutionizing stuttering therapy or has it been around in one form or another for a while?

Thank you for you time,

Cynthia Prince
