I just wanted to say what a great paper! I am currently using Dr. Barry Guitar's book, "Stuttering, an Integrated Approach," in my graduate stuttering course this semester. We have only recently studied the Lidcombe program, which I understand to be successful for some families. I am very impressed with how well the program has worked for Mrs. Tozier through distance therapy and the amount of time she was able to give to her son. It would be interesting to see if distance therapy has worked for other people and with other disorders.
