Molly, Lidcombe is done best face to face adn I would recommend that or another good therapy done directly. But Nancy needed help this way and she was very perceptive and seemed highly motivated. I'm sure the clinician must have lots of direct experience first adn only then to try it on the internet and then only as a method to be used if direct therapy is not available. barry
