Hi Stefan,
First of all congratulations on your upcoming CTM! You should be VERY proud of yourself! If you're at all like me, when you finally get your CTM, you'll look at yourself in absolute astonishment and think, "ME? A Competent Toastmaster? I would never have imagined this in a million years!" I remember that time very well.
I also LOVE the title of your speech, "Through Fear to Fun". Yes! That's the absolute essence of Toastmasters! I'll also never forget the time I first realized that not only was I pretty good at all this stuff, but I actually ENJOYED doing it! That blew me away almost as much as getting my CTM. Now that I have my DTM, I speak to groups all the time and have more fun doing it than a barrel of monkeys!
I'm up to my ears now in preparing for my division level humorous speech to be delivered this coming Saturday, October 12th, but when I get done with that, I'm planning to upload several of my speeches to my home page at www.russhicks.com. Check there under "writings" and you'll see what you've requested. If if slips through the crack, please feel free to email me at russhicks@mail.com and I'll send you those speeches via email.
