Hi Rebecca,

Thanks for your kind words. Sometimes our perceived "weaknesses" turn out to be our true strengths. It's been said that what doesn't kill us makes us stronger. And make no mistake about it, some events in our lives CAN certainly kill us. But when you find that fine balance in doing something that nobody ever thought you could do, that's really a cool feeling!

Thanks for the congrats. Yeah, three competition levels down, one to go. November 16th is really THE big day, but even the preparation for that Toastmaster District level contest is SOOOO much fun! I'm really having a ball!

Steve and I have been good friends for many years. I hope you realize how lucky you are to have him as your professor. He is truly world class. (And for goodness sakes don't tell him I said that. No reason to give him a big head! Ha, ha!) And as we speak, Steve and I are trying to figure out a way for me to come to Mobile for an NSA workshop in the spring. I really hope we can do that. That would be a blast!

Thanks for stopping by. I wish you the best! And I hope to see you in Mobile!

Russ
