Hello Moussa,

Toastmasters is a public speaking organization which has over 180,000 members worldwide. We learn to effectively speak in public and practice communication and leadership skills which in turn allows members to experience amazing personal growth.

The Toastmasters vision is this: "Toastmasters International empowers people to achieve their full potential and realize their dreams. Through our member clubs, people throughout the world can improve their communication and leadership skills, and find the courage to change."

For further information about Toastmasters, see http://www.toastmasters.org . It is truly a wonderful organization.

I don't find a club in Burkina Faso, but I do see clubs in many African countries including Botswana, Mauritius, Cote D'Ivoire, Namibia, Egypt, South Africa, Ethiopia, Swaziland, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, and Malawi. I recently heard a speaker from Zimbabwe speak at our international conference and he was absolutely amazing! He took third place in the World Championship of Public Speaking. Honestly I thought he should have won first place! No, he didn't stutter. But maybe if he had, he WOULD have won first place! <smile>

By the way, your English is very good and understandable. I wish my French was half as good. Oui, oui...

Please keep in touch, Moussa.

Best regards,

Russ
