What a wonderful post! Thank you for your kind words. I loved it when you said, "Thank you for being you and being the sun that hides behind those clouds." What a inspiring word image! Wow, that's soooo cool! Now I have to live up to that image, don't I?
Student SLPs always have a soft place in my heart. I speak often to university classes here in North Texas. Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth, Texas Woman's University and the University of North Texas both in Denton, and the University of Texas in Dallas. I enjoy speaking to those classes so much.
As a student SLP yourself, thank you for dedicating YOUR life and YOUR career to MY cause. What more can I possibly ask of anyone? I hope our paths can cross some day. I'd enjoy that very much.
