Greetings Huang Haiyin- Your article raised many important questions regarding therapy and intervention strategies. In your article, you conclude that if a chronic stutterer speaks fluently when he talks to himself, that stutterer has the potential to speak fluently at other circumstances no matter how severe his stuttering is. From your experience, how can a stutterer overcome the psychological hurdles to speak fluently at other circumstances? Even though he may be fluent when speaking to himself, what can he do to change the paradigm of stuttering in other settings? I would appreciate any thoughts you have on this topic--

Many Thanks- Heidi
