From my own experience, the deeply rooted psychological hurdles have to be eliminated little by little, from easy settings to more difficult ones, one step at a time. Without persistent practice in real every day life settings, the psychological hurdles can not be eliminated.
I need more successful cases to substantiate my supposition. Haiyin
