Does High Blood Pressure cause or lead to stuttering? I have been contacted thrice here by one retired civil servant who of late has developed high blood pressure. One year after it started, stuttering came on. he tells me that he has never stuttered as an infant or when he was an adult. Can I say that the high blood pressure has caused this? he stutters significantly now?
