Thank you for sharing the techniques. I think that it is a great idea to keep a journal of what we do so that later on we can come back to it and improve on what we think we need to. Also taking like’s little “problems” as a challenge rather than a problem is a wonderful thing to do because it lets us perform better and enjoy life.
