I would also add the book "ABANDONED...Now Stutter My Orphan" by Dr. Jerome Halvorson as a MUST READ for parents of children who stutter. I have found that parents find the book extremely interesting and a great help in deciding what approach to take regarding therapy, and more importantly, WHAT NOT TO DO. The book really motivates parents to get involved in the treatment process. Reading the book is the first assignment I give to parents of a child who stutters.
