So you can teach an old dog new tricks, eh? But what about that adult who stutters who has spent years in speech therapy, has practiced and been stimulated, how does brain plasicity explain those that don't reach that "high response rate"? Do you think that "the activity-dependent aspect of brain plasticity" could have something to do with the recovery of some aphasic patients?
