Thank you for your fascinating article. The brain is an amazing "entity" that continues to surprise us with its abilities and functions. In order to comment on your article, I had to switch gears in my thinking. I have been responding to other papers that related to treating our clients and providing guidance to decrease their intrinsic features of stuttering. My comments were more emotion based. Adding the possibility that an actual gene may be responsible may help our clients accept their stuttering easier.
