Enjoyed your article, especially so since we have ventured in this direction in the last few years. We've been fortunate to work with one of the top people in constructivist psychology (Robert Neimeyer) at our University and have conducted a series of studies with the goals of dealing with the persistent problem of relapse in PWS and developing aspects of Narrative Therapy to facilitate change. One recent publication that is available is DiLollo, A., Neimeyer, R., & Manning, W. (2002) A personal construct psychology view of relapse: indications for a narrative therapy component to stuttering treatment. Journal of Fluency Disorders, 27, (1) 19-42. We are very excited about the possibilities and currently have several projects underway.
