I was sitting in church today and the pastor said something at the very end of his sermon that struck my heart. So many people ask why won't God just deliver me from my problems, wether it be stuttering or something else. He said everyone wants the quick fix, they want their problems solved right away. Most times that is not how God works. It is through the hard times that you grow in God and he births things in you. If we didn't go through tough times we wouldn't learn anything and we would not grow with Christ. It is hard to believe that God has a purpose for my stuttering, but I would not stutter if their was no point to it. I have faith in the work Jesus is doing in me.
