I have enjoyed reading people's comments. I aggree with Dr. Mallard about positive belief in God can help with stuttering. If someone has a negative belief, it is OK for us to help them change their attitude? Also, here is an interesting thought - The Bible says, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. A lot of people who stutter have troubles believing in themselves- I don't believe I can speak in class- low self efficacy- what if an individual changed his orientation to a belief in God and though him I can do anything like speaking in class. What do you think?
