Dr. Poburka: In reading your article I learned and understand how knowing proper voice use could help a person who stutters with some therapy techniques. You mentioned strain and hard glottal attacks often. My question is: Do many people who stutter develop nodules, granuloma, or other voice disorders due to the strain from the vocal folds scratching or banging?
