Thanks for your informative reply. I have to admit to a bit of confusion, though. In your reply to "Nice Article" and in your paper you mentioned that more air may not be useful. Wouldn't "abdominal breathing" result in more air? In working with students, I have actually found that emphasis on abdominal breathing has been helpful to them. What am I confusing here?
