As a young grad. student in 1945 I was a minority as well because I was a woman and happened not to stutter at the University of Iowa. - Wendell Johnson and my peers and other faculty who were PWS changed my life forever. For that, I tell my students, clients and friends I will be forever grateful. Is it more important "how you say it? or What you have to say? Aside from the inappropriateness of this unknown person"s comments.. the principles he/she profess are an embarrassment to our profession. 100% fluency indeed ! balderdash!
