Thanks for the great insights and nice comments, Walt.
I've learned a lot from you over the years (the insightful stuff, not the nasty stuff) about how to put all this into the proper context, and how to help clients do the same. Your comments here do a fabulous job of distilling a very complex issue into a few sentences.
And it's a lot better than "If you just tried harder, you could be fluent all the time." ;-)>
