Hey Bob: Have you never met a rectal donut before? I think you had at least three options: 1. Take the guy out to the back 40 and punch him out! 2. Talk with this person about his concerns and "appreciate" his offer to help cure your stuttering. Take him up on his offer but only if he guarantees the result. 3. Suck it up and consider the source. Now then, I really doubt if your (tongue in cheek, I hope) treatise did anything to advance the sensitivity of hard-core stutterers toward an insensitive listener. Did I miss something?
