When discussing the teacher's role of having a correct attitude in front of the stuttering pupil, you mentioned that a successful teacher will have methods that reduce emotional demands in the classroom. I was wondering if you could discuss some of the ways in which teachers can reduce these emotional demands? Do you suggest that teachers might reduce such demands by not requiring the individual to give oral presentations in class?
