First of all, teacher do have to advise himself about stuttering, so as to be more informed about the childīs difficulty. Being more closely to him will help him to feel more comfortable in class. And he may feel more confident also to speak with his teacher. It is very important to increase his self steeme more over his stuttering, and to speak with all the class about difficulties in general; as to reduce bulling and teasing to this child and to the others. When he can move from this place of "stutterer" and feel more recognized for all his success; may be he wants to begin a treatment to reduce his stuttering.
