Nice to see you at this conference! How are you? And, thanks for a very thought-provoking article. I won't say that I understand all of what you have written, but I have certainly gained some food for thought.

One of the points that you make struck me. That is the notion of experiencing within as opposed to simply observing from the outside (e.g., as in your example of feeling the production of sound rather than simply learning about how sound is produced). This seems to be quite critical for true gains to take place, for learning to become part of the person rather than simply being 'interesting information'.
