I am excited that you would be willing to publish the paper. Of course, I should check with Mike, but I know how interested he is in helping others and will want it read by as many as possible. It will probably be a few days before we can get back to you. A hurricane is ready to hit us. Mike has already had to evacuate, and a hurricane of this force will probably knock out power for a few days, or as long as a week. Thanks for the request!
