I am a graduate student in the field of Speech Language Pathology. I too thought that this article was very interesting. We have been learning in class that it is very important to match treatment to the stage of change which the client is in. It sounds like Dr. Tetnowski and Jennifer Bathel did a good job of recognizing this. I looks like Mike is ready to maintain his new skills in real-life situations!
