Thank you for your comments.

You say that you respect persons who stutter and "make their life easier by taking everything easy".

I acknowledge that (as a young man)I took the easy option when reciting my wedding vows in unison with the vicar and my bride. However,the problem with "taking things easy" is that you can develop extensive avoidance techniques.

As time has progressed, I have come to realise that you must face up to your demons and do the things that you fear doing most. Otherwise, one can curtail activities; follow a narrow existence and live an unfulfilled life of missed opportunities.

I feel it is beneficial (to the PWS) not to avoid doing anything in life because of his/her stutter - and that is what I now practise. However, I appreciate that life is not always as simple as that and I respect whatever actions a PWS chooses to take.
